BLF confronts Judge Mlambo over his “Biased” Judgment

The Theory of State capture is a big concept in itself, as far as South African Political Panorama is concerned. While White owned media often goes crying against the “State capture’ act by President Zuma or the Guptas, the real “State Capture” is happening in front of everyone nowadays by the WMC and its supported allies. It was only yesterday when Judge Dunstan Mlambo says President Jacob Zuma’s review application of former public protector Thuli Madonsela’s recommendations on alleged state capture, was ill-advised and reckless. It must be remembered that the same judge has already illegally proclaimed Ramaphosa as Country’s President and has given him rights he doesn’t have as per the constitution. Moreover, BLF has confronted this judgment by Judge Dunstan Mlambo as per the report published on their website which goes as follows:

BLF vs Dunstan Mlambo

“It is clear that the judiciary in South Africa is captured! Judge Dunstan Mlambo, the Judge President of the Gauteng Division of the High Court, is a judge with an agenda and he is panicking right now. The judgements by the High Court, led by Judge Mlambo, are not about points of law but a desperate attempt to sway the African National Congress (ANC) elective conference to elect Cyril Ramaphosa as its president. It must be remembered that this judge has already illegally proclaimed Ramaphosa state president and has given him rights he doesn’t have.

Mlambo is a factional judge whose eyes are fixed and focused on the ANC conference this weekend. He knows all his judgements will be overturned on appeal, but that’s not his concern. He just wants maximum damage now (by swaying public opinion) and hopes this will help the candidate of white monopoly capital and murderer of Marikana miners, Ramaphosa.

The gloves are off. The regrouping of the agents of white monopoly capital, such as Advocate Thuli Madonsela, is a desperate measure to try save white monopoly capital against the radical economic transformation agenda. Advocate Madonsela has been handsomely thanked by Johann Rupert for protecting him from prosecution in the theft of R26 billion of public money.

Judge Mlambo hopes his desire to have Madonsela prosecute President Zuma will be realised. It’s all politics to protect white monopoly capital.

One thing is clear, white monopoly capital has now also captured the judiciary. We are in deep trouble. The ANC elective conference can reverse this onslaught by rejecting Cyril Ramaphosa, and voting in Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma as the next party president”
